How much does the shipment cost?
The shipment cost is calculated on the basis of the number of pieces contained in the package and its destination; anyway the amount will be indicated while filling the order in.

How long does the shipment take?
Indicatively, without this implying any obligation for VR/46 and depending on the availability of the products on the market, unless in case of force majeure the goods shall be handed over to the courier service within 48 hours from the first available workday after the date of reception of the order. In any case, delivery times indicated in the confirmation of order shall not be deemed binding.
How is it possible to exercise the right of withdrawal?
It’s possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days the receipt, in accordance with
art. 64 e ss, D. Lgs 206/2005 Act, by sending an email to
support.46@gruppopritelli.it.
It’s recommended though to contact VR|46 as soon as possible.
What about the V.A.T in case of orders from abroad?
As far as shipment inside CEE, VAT is already included in the price of the good.
When an accompanying invoice is needed, VAT number is required. Shipment to extra CEE countries comes with no supplementary taxes.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card: VISA – MASTERCARD – AMERICAN EXPRESS – DINERS - JCB on SSL secure server
Does the accompanying invoice come along with the shipment?
As the package is being prepared, the accompanying invoice is inserted in a closed envelope and sent with goods.
This document, to be preserved, is indispensable in case of warranty.
Do you run a risk when paying by credit card?
Risks are virtually non-existing; credit card data (n° and expiration date) are directly encrypted and sent to the SSL bank circuit. A security lock will appear on your browser, confirming the data encryption.
Are the products covered by warranty?
Every product sold by VR|46 is covered by the official warranty. In order to obtain assistance it’s necessary to preserve the accompanying invoice received along with the package and contact our Customer Service.
Is it possible to place an order from abroad?
VR|46 sends by express courier all around the world.

What to check when receiving the package?
When receiving the package you are asked to verify:
- The package is undamaged, dry and presents no signs of alteration.
- The number of packages indicated on the accompanying invoice matches to the one really delivered.
Any contestation has to be communicated immediately to the courier; when missing the good is considered correctly delivered.
